Take S Oakwood Avenue (beside Colony Drug), past the old Beckley Hospital to the stoplight. Immediately turn right onto Whitestick Street. TWV office is one-half mile on the right.Three-story red, brick building (formerly a church).
FROM ROBERT C BYRD DRIVE (RT 16) - heading north:
Take Mabscott exit, just south of Beckley. Go under Route 16 overpass to stop sign and turn right across railroad tracks to stoplight. Turn left at light (Whitestick Street) and go one-half mile. Office is a three-story red, brick building on right (formerly a church).
