Teresa is tickled pink to be back for her seventh summer with Theatre West Virginia. She has been TWV’s Music Director for Beauty and the Beast, Grease, Cinderella, Seussical, Footloose, All Shook Up, and last year’s world premiere of Rocket Boys the Musical. Before joining our staff in 2006, she served as music director for many shows, including Godspell, Sweeney Todd, and The 1940’s Radio Hour. An accomplished vocalist, Teresa holds degrees in voice performance from Westminster Choir College and Florida State University. Some favorite musical theatre roles include Mrs. Potts (Beauty and the Beast), Queen Aggravain (Once Upon a Mattress), and Mabel (The Pirates of Penzance). She has been a featured vocalist in Italy, Austria, and England and has appeared with the Spoleto Festivals, Atlanta Opera, Atlanta Symphony and Savannah Symphony. Teresa serves as Director of Music at the Beckley Presbyterian Church and teaches at Concord University, but her most important roles are those of wife to Dr. Jim McCoy, and mother to Andrew, Marjorie and Meredith.  Enjoy the shows and SUPPORT THE ARTS!
